Strong solid rack; fits well on the Roadster
Sturdy rack. The video and directions need some improvement. My bike arrived with the rear fender already attached. The directions should explicitly tell you to remove certain bolts.
Rack works great and customer service was amazing. Was missing nuts to put on my rear rack, as they should have been in the fender assembly pack, but bike arrived with fenders on. Got an immediate response to my support email, and got a shipping notification within an hour of sending my email.
Well-made, sturdy rack. My existing panniers fit just fine.
Worked as described. Instructions lacking. A bit awkward to install. Had to do some guessing
