Replacement key for your Ride1up electric bike. Keys are made to order and estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks for most bikes, with the exception of the Prodigy models which take 3-5 weeks.

I paid for my keys in July, and I never received them, and today is September the 24th. This makes no sense. 8 weeks waiting, and still have not received my keys. All they keep saying to me is, I’ll reach out to the The manufacturer, with no success. They was always making excuses for the Delay. And would not Composite me at all. Bad customer service.
Lost keys, have no other choice but to get these pricey keys

My bike key was in my purse that was stolen. First, $50 for just a regular key that is machine cut is a ridiculous price. The fact that I had to wait more than a month for the key, forcing me to run an extended outdoor extension cord from my second floor apartment as the bike with battery is to heavy to carry upstairs was further ridiculousness. Last strike, while the keys manage, with some intense jiggling to fit the lock and open the battery lock, it takes a lot of work to insert the key and remove it.
$50 US for a piece of metal – a little too steep
Easy purchase. Came on time. I wish they were a bit cheaper – $50 is steep for a pair of keys.
