Lovely looking. Fairly easy to store and unpack (I'm a weakling so a little on the heavy side). Bought two and both need a derailleur tune-up. Skipping all over the place. Videos too large to upload.

Love my e-bike. Assembly was minor, good instructions. I had one question about the derailer guard, a quick call to customer support answered it. The ride is nice, especially after I upgraded my seat post to a shock absorber one. The motor power, range and brakes are excellent. My wife has a different brand of e-trike, I think the quality of my Portola is better. I'm 74, 5'9", the bike works great for me. I haul the bike in a hitch mounted rack on the back of our RV.

Very fun ride couldn’t be happier I use it to get to work and some cruising around town Took it to a lake the other day and went fishing the rack is nice for strapping gear and poles down onto. hoping to get the pet carrier add on for it soon because I like to bring my cat to work.

I am the Star of Montreal up in Canada. Easy to assemble, but brought to a bike shop to make sure everything was A - OK. The bike looks amazing. It rides great. I highly recommend. Buying a better seat for a 50-year-old bum ha ha ha!

Very cool bike! Happy with my purchase I was a little skeptical buying online without actually seeing it in person and trying it out but I have to say it exceeded my expectations the packaging was excellent. The bike came undamaged and easy to put together I was assuming it was going to take me a long time to figure it out but I was able to get up and running in less than a half an hour. The battery life and the charging time has been pretty good the torque has been good the finish and the quality is good and I feel like it’s lighter than the other folding bikes that I have and slightly more compact easier to put in your car. I say you can be a very small person to a average tall person but I say if you’re over 6 foot I would probably get something a little bigger. Customer service when I called it has been excellent and they have been very informative I feel like the price is definitely the best for what you get I wasn’t expecting to get the free rack in the front and a hat! so that was a nice bonus. Can’t wait to take it camping and on the trails / road. The battery is super easy to remove. These are a couple minor improvements that I think would help the bike but I’m still happy with my purchase. Color screen or app would be nice, for some reason I can’t get to the 28 miles an hour but it is still really fast ( but I don’t know if it’s something you have to get into the program and unlock ) All my other e-bikes the thumb throttle is on the right side so this is on the left side which is a little new to me. I will definitely recommend it to my friends looking for a E bike. The shipping was way faster than I was expecting it seemed like it only took 2-3 days. I may be purchasing another one soon!

Very well built. Sturdy, fast, and a joy to ride. I have confidence, after reading many reviews, that I made the right choice, and the bike will not fall apart or require any maintenance to keep it rolling along. I would have preferred a grip throttle over a thumb throttle, but that’s just my preference. Thanks for a top-notch product. Mike

My husband and I bought two Portola’s. The delivery was quick and they were easy to assemble. We are enjoying our rides together each day – not bad for 70 year olds who haven’t been on a bike in years!
