We sent you the link to buy a Core5 battery for your bike. You didn’t use the instructions or link we sent, and ordered a 500 series battery instead. We have tried to make it very easy to select the battery for your bike.
Battery replacement, Reention Dorado. The original battery was going fast. Max range was down to 6.7 miles and it was getting hot during recharge. New battery has restored range and doesn’t get hot during use or recharge. Old battery taken to recycle center for proper disposal. Ride1Up 500ST with over 5k miles. Everything else great!

The replacement battery is fine, but disappointed that the original one didn’t last as long as our other 500’s battery has.
