This basket is compatible with any model that advertises the Connect+ system. It will connect to the following bike/accessories:
- Vorsa (directly to integrated rear rack)
- Cafe Cruiser (directly to integrated rear rack)
- Portola (directly to integrated rear rack)
- 700 Series (rear rack with Connect+ logo only)
- Prodigy v2 (directly to included rear rack) *do not exceed the rack’s 40 lb limit*
- Rift (directly to integrated rear rack)

Took long time to receive product due to back order problem but Ride1Up made it right!!! Basket arrived as promised and was very easy to assemble. Excellent size and works great! Very easy to attach to bike!
The basket works well and it’s perfectly sized to carry three typical reusable shopping bags, but assembly was quite frustrating thanks to the incorrectly documented hardware (screws and washers did not match the description in the instructions, namely more washers than described are included and the Phillips-head screws were the short ones), poor tolerances on the aluminum parts that made it hard to line everything up, and one set of threads that had to be cleaned up with a screw from the other side in order to thread properly. In addition to that, the Connect+ latch didn’t latch all the way onto my Roadster v3 Rear Rack. I noticed that a piece of the latch has a replacement included (this is NOT described in the instructions) that has looser tolerances than the default one. I switched this out and it allowed the basket to latch. However, its tolerances are a bit *too* loose and I had to shim the Connect+ mechanism with electrical tape to tighten everything up. I used orange threadlocker on all the bolts to hopefully prevent the loosening over time issues that other users describe.
You do NOT want to switch the latch to the looser one. Please switch back to the original latch ‘piece’ and we can explain the fit.
The tolerances are correct. I am sending you an email to address how to correct this.

I’d give it a five but it rattles. Everything tighten down, I watched the video and followed instructions when installing When riding over a small bump or crack in the road the basket rattles. I’ll try adding some buffering material.
Otherwise it’s room and large enough for my grocery store runs. Great for the gear I need on a longer ride, extra water, clothing, food.
The rattle is annoying but the basket works great.

Assembly of this basket was very difficult and frustrating. I’m a certified electrician so I consider myself someone who is handy and decent at putting things together. The basket also fell apart within 400 miles of riding from the vibrations. I’m having to replace all of the nuts and bolts to put it back together.
This is perfect for the cafe cruiser. Exactly what I wanted. It will hold a few bags of groceries.
