Hi Paul, the reason for this is because the most popular water bottle cage position is on the seat tube, if you have a bottle cage there, then it would block the use of the bosses on the downtube. So they are moved up on the downtube. On the Downtube, you can use a side removal water bottle cage, to avoid that height issue.

Hi Luis, your Vorsa riding experience should not be ruined by a noisy brake rotor. We can send you a replacement rotor, these are easy to swap. If a mechanic straightened or fixed the rotor, it might be that the caliper needs to be re-positioned to not make any rubbing noise. Unfortunately front brake adjustments can be quite common with disc brakes. It shouldn’t be lasting though, so we would love to help get you back to riding without this problem. Thank you Luis

Other than that it is a fun bike. Battery of course is not it promises.

Materials of good quality. Front brakes are very noisy. The torque is very impressive. Climbs steep hills no problem! Very Satisfied.

I haven’t had the opportunity yet to spend extensive time and distance on the bike. I’m a pleasure rider seeking exercise and extended range. Ergonomics of this bike are perfect for me.

Carefully read the instructions. I used a torque wrench and tightened everything on the lesser spec. However, the screws, on the stem stripped out. There’s not much metal to hold the small bolt. I had to go to the hardware store and buy small bolts to tighten the stem.
I’m a big guy (240) and the e-bike rides good. I love the bike!

It was well packaged; nothing was missing, nothing was damaged. And it was fairly easy to assemble.

Assembly was super easy—everything fit perfectly, and in my case, no adjustments were needed right out of the box. The build quality is excellent; you can tell this bike is really well made.

The Vorsa rides beautifully—smooth, quiet, and very comfortable. I was initially concerned about what would happen if the battery ever ran out, but it turns out the bike is surprisingly easy to pedal even without assist, so that’s not a problem at all.

As a long-time cyclist who has owned many bikes over the years, I can confidently say this one has quickly become my new favorite. It’s such a great balance of design, performance, and comfort. I’m already planning to buy one for myself soon!

I have also spent a lot of time reading/watching review videos and don’t think you will find a better cost/value out there.

Unfortunately, the bottle mount has been located too high up on the frame. I needed to use an adapter on mine in order to make it functional.
