Easy to unpack and assemble. Impressive, sturdy build for a foldable. Very nice electronics display. Lots of power and pedal-assist/gear choices. Everything worked out of the box. However, the seat was not comfortable enough for an older lady, so a wider substitute needed to be bought. Some initial small problems (i.e., non-working bell, missing bolts for installing the supplied derailleur protector) but quickly remedied by calling the support line and they shipped the needed parts.
