It’s fast, the suspension makes the ride smooth, the gears work well and the brakes are snappy! I don’t have anything to compare the battery charging time to, but it seems reasonable and it holds charge well while riding, especially if you ride with some economy on the power output. Modifying the settings on the display was simple enough, but I felt as though the guidance online was a little brief about exactly how each setting affects your ride. Putting the bike together was a breeze, even for someone who has limited knowledge.

As for cons, the bike is heavy! It’s to be expected but a fair warning that trying to carry it up or down stairs can be a challenge. I would also steer clear of the touring package add on, the mirrors aren’t high quality and when you’re riding fast enough they vibrate so much you can’t see anything anyways, I almost never use them. Plus, the suspension seat has these little pins that slowly slip out of place as you ride and squeak when they are far enough out of place. I have to knock them back into place after every other ride. I wouldn’t say the package is worth it unless you’re riding on very smooth roads and at cruising speeds (<10 mph).

My biggest complaint is with the display though. The first one I received had a faulty button and Ride1up was nice enough to replace the display free of charge. However, the displays just aren’t high quality. If you’re going to ride in the rain at all, make sure the display is completely protected. I store my bike under cover and wasn’t riding through heavy rain, but one exposure was enough to completely fry the display. I reached out to the support team when the display first started showing signs of damage and they stated the displays are water-resistant, not waterproof which is fair, but mine was hardly even resistant. I would highly suggest protecting the display with a cover or at least some tape because they’re not cheap to replace!

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase so far, I just hope the displays are fortified in the future!

One issue would be fenders are finicky and had some initial challenges so it would not rub against tire. The battery stays at 100 and then can be erratic. Plenty of power, fun to ride not to difficult to assemble. My wife and I really overall very pleased with the bike!

Right out of the box it’s quick and well sorted out. The frame is interesting. Never owned an ST frame before. I need up removing the bottle holder for now as when I am standing over the bike, there isn’t much room for the bottle and my… self. I may add it back later or look for an alternate mounting location. But this is a minor annoyance.

The bike overall is a blast to ride. You can enjoy longer rides and really dial up the level of exertion you want for that ride.

No longer will you avoid certain trails, that you would otherwise love, but there’s that one hill that SUCKS. No longer an issue. Enjoy the ride and let the powerful 750W motor help you tackle that hill with ease.

This is my first e-bike so still getting used to the range and highs and lows of e-bike ownership. But thus far my initial reaction is loving this new bike. So much fun!

Hello Richard, you can adjust the seat angle, you have to loosen the bolt in the front and tighten the bolt in the back, if you want to angle the seat further back. We go over this in our assembly video, or you can watch this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZIzqisgDdM

The seat angle tilt is not adjustable from front to back and I’m sliding forward all the time. I had my wife try the bike and she had the same complaint. I’m a going to get a new seat post so I will be able to change the seat angle tilt.

A few rattles here and there. My main concern is the battery doesn’t seem to last too long. I am 215 pounds so I understand my weight takes more energy but if I have to recharge every 20 miles or so, and that is even using the lower assistance for part of that. Overall though, it seems like a great value. Definitely a learning curve to setup though. Several of the instructions were vague. Had to get a local bike shop to help me finish. Does have nice power and I like the tired. I took off the front fender because it kept rubbing no matter how many times I adjusted it. Overall, I am happy.
