I received the bike with a broken cassette ring. The fifth gear ring was slipping on its axle when under pressure i.e.on a climb. I took the bike to the San Diego Ride1up shop and they replaced the cassette and tuned the derailleur. The battery seems giving no more than 18/20 miles with normal pedal assist. I will keep it on charging. The bike quality in general is pretty good.

Mine came in w/o a the knob on the top required to insert the battery in the down tube on the bike. Bad news! The good news is that Ride1Up promptly shipped a replacement knob. The replacement knob didn’t ship with the required set screw to attach the knob to the battery. Fortunately the original set screw was still with the battery so no harm, no foul.
