The original battery was going fast. Max range was down to 6.7 miles and it was getting hot during recharge. New battery has restored range and doesn’t get hot during use or recharge. Old battery taken to recycle center for proper disposal. Ride1Up 500ST with over 5k miles. Everything else great!

Time will tell how long they will last. Wish they came with chargers since they were made in 2022.

Was actually difficult to receive since FedEx wouldn’t drop at door without signature as both of us work. Had them picked up at a Walgreens.

Love the company overall, just don’t understand why bikes are going to non removable batteries now. Better on car bike rack with less weight. Big reason why we purchased these bikes. Keep the high quality bike and replace the battery.
