Difficultly attaching to bike rack and removal of cooler. Like it!

Hi James, we have recently expanded our instructions. The screws would press through the cooler if they are longer. What works well, if you open the cooler and push down from the top, while threading the bolts on the other side, it will hold the internal nuts in place, allowing it to thread fully/properly.

Works well though as both an insulation bag and a general carry bag. I picked up food on it the other day and it was still warm when I got home.

The bolts that were supplied barely made contact with the preset locations so when you go to attach the cooler it is barely holding on and any slight bump will knock it off or when you lock it in they will slip out. Just need the screws to be atleast 1/8” longer
