Sturdy rack. The video and directions need some improvement. My bike arrived with the rear fender already attached. The directions should explicitly tell you to remove certain bolts.

Rack works great and customer service was amazing. Was missing nuts to put on my rear rack, as they should have been in the fender assembly pack, but bike arrived with fenders on. Got an immediate response to my support email, and got a shipping notification within an hour of sending my email.

I think it’s a good rack, I have seen better, I wish it was one piece, I feel would be much stronger happy fits well

It fits, easy to install and no rattling needs use even on gravel and stone. My Roadster V3 was a fantastic! I’ve got over 700 miles on it and I’ve had no problems. I’m getting 40 miles on the battery even at 275 pounds and using all modes…though I use boost only when absolutely needed. Usually sport mode gives me plenty of assist for hills. I’ve also gotten lots of compliments on the very clean styling!
