Front rim came slightly bent (boxing/shipping) but took to local bike shop, where they straightened. Ride1up reimbursed me, wow! Don’t be scared about putting together, watch the youtube videos. Seat too narrow for my rump, so swapped out with my old ebike seat. Love the step-thru version, but had to endure being called a ‘girly’ bike! But when your 73 years old, and can’t swing your leg over the rear rack, I can live with that! Looking forward to many miles on my Ride1UP 700! Also, breaks are awesome. Great price on open box, love saving $!!

One for riding in Mn and one for riding in our winter home of Az. Friends referred us to these bike and it was one of the best purchases I have made. Any concerns questions or issues I have had , I have worked through with Benito who has been excellent at his job. !! He is a real asset to the company and has been willing to go the extra mile to be a help!! They have stood behind their bikes and i would highly recommend them! Enjoy every minute of my rides!!! Truly the best e-bike for $.
We are snowbirds and have a set of core 5 in Arizona and now a set in Canada.
We decided to try the open box as it still had the same warranty and so far so good. We did however receive the wrong bike and support was amazing rectify ing the mistake. The open box bike was missing a small screw, and controller clamp was broken. Ride1up fixed the problem pronto. Our friends also bought Ride1up after they tried ours and were very impressed and happy with their purchase.

Even the delivery guy seemed hesitant to leave it when he came to my door but I assured him it would be fine. Of course I had hoped I would receive an open box bike with zero shipping damage, but that’s the risk the discounted price is all about! That being said, the company was very quick and responsive about sending the new knob and a how-to replacement video. Just a quick trip to my local bike shop to check my assembly and fix the derailleur, a sticker over the scratches, and I’m thrilled to report that I love my new form of fun transportation!
